Please update your timeline (it says that your applied for a CR-1/Ir-1 not a K3). Did you file your I129F with fee or without, and directly to California?

Looking at One Heart's timeline and their comment, it seems they finally decided to try the K3 route and it was just in time to be paired with the I130 that was sent way back in April. Seems like the luck of good timing

However, considering the USCIS have a backlog of petititions (enough to apparently fill a semi's trailer) and are very late with even cashing cheques... for your petition to have been processed into their system and also to have reached the hands of someone who could approve it within 6 weeks seems more like a USCIS-miracle at this point. You should thank whoever is looking out for you

Congratulations! You have to be very happy It is a big luck with USCIS. For me seems unbelievable.

By the way - according to me it must become a practice for USCIS to approve family based petitions in two weeks or in a month.

Congrats! 6 month waiting didn´t apply for you!!! You´re lucky!!! Lots of may filers are waiting for our approvals! One more time, this proves that USCIS doesn´t process applications in the order they were received!!!

Did you by any chance send in an expedite request? I sent that in 3 weeks ago and still do not know what is happening they tell me different stories every time. I think your very lucky to escape the black hole so fast. I think they probably misplace a box with your file in at and it was processed so fast by mistake. Lucky you, congrats!!!!!!!
