TSC July 2007 Filers

I have decided to start this thread as there seems to be quite a few of us that have sent in our I-751's to Texas in July.

I have not heard anything yet, check has still not been cashed either, don't you just love the waiting game. lol.

Feel free to add your views, news and any other info to this thread.

I checked my bank account today. Check is still not cashed. NO LUCK ...

When can we do something? I just wanna make sure if they lost it then send another one on time.

Still waiting as well. The check still has not been cashed. Ours was through Nebraska though.

My wife's check just got cashed.

It took 21 days for them to get to my packet.

Do you know whether your packet was transferred to CSC?

Yes, Our file got transfer to CSC.

In check image, It has WAC case number.

Mine got transferred, I received my NOA and bio-appointment from CSC

CSC is on the ball (see timeline in my signature)

I've tried multiple times to register our case # on the USCIS website but it always comes back as an invalid case #. Called up the 1-800 # today and entered in the case #, it doesn't recognize it either. Not sure if I should be concerned .... Has anyone else, who has received their Application receipt #, tried to register on uscis.gov?

Our check has finally cleared as of Aug 17, I can't even read the print on the back, so will just have to wait for NOA. :-(

Shahab, I think it may take a few days or a week until you can view online (I am pretty sure it took that long to check online with our K1 app).

Our check took awhile to clear also, but finally did on Aug 16th and the case was sent to CSC also.

We received the NOA today.

This is a very interesting trend .. TSC I-751s being transferred to CSC.

I'm wondering how long they will continue to do this. It would certainly be odd if my I-751 is transferred to CSC and be approved there considering my I-485 was transferred too. Can lightning really strike the same place twice?

I called up USCIS today, the receipt # on the I-797C notice can't be tracked via the automated system. If you read the notice it states that you can track your case via the website once you receive the BioMetrics appointment .... don't know why they can't start tracking from the beginning. And I especially don't understand what's going on with TSC and NSC that their cases are being transferred to CSC???? I can imagine the CSC being bogged down if they have to do the work of 2 other centers besides their own!!!!

I can track from online status but I still have no fingerprint letter.
