So, since we have been pending FBI name check since September 8th 2006 and finally received a different response on June 29th 2007 saying our case is under review (presumably this was when the FBI name check came back), we think it is safe to say we are almost, almost done.

It is a bit of a frustration that we get an RFE when we applied for the AOS 10 months and 20 days ago, and the last RFE they sent us on September 28th, 2006, which was for the tax forms they already had. Why they couldn't have sent all the RFEs out at the same time is anybody's guess but, you know what, who cares.

Anyhoo, just thought I'd share.

You seem to be taking the same path we did, no info for months and then suddenly an RFE! I really REALLY hope for you that it isn't the lost medical RFE that we got and something simple! Good luck! :thumbs:
