:goofy: I was really just kidding about being too nervous to answer them. But I don't think it will be this elaborate. I have seen others post and they usually only ask about 5 questions, and yes, as long as your marriage is legitimate it should be no problem. :goofy:

Honestly, any couple that has been living together for over a year, which seems to be how long it will be before our AOS interview, should know 90% of these answers.

I agree, but there still is a difference between knowing the answers and actually having to answer those questions.

I would definitely prefer not to be forced to tell a complete stranger about my favorite positions, what kind of birth control we use, my last period, and whether one or both of us showered this morning......some things should be deemed out of bounds, even for USCIS

But I guess this list is kind of a "worst case scenario" anyway, right? Many people will never be asked most of the questions on it (I hope :D )

AOS timeline:

03/17/06 filed for AOS

03/28-06 touched

04/04/06 biometrics

04/05/06 touched

05/23/06 transfered to CSC

06/17/06 touched

08/16/06 touched

11/20/06 USCIS cust.service started inquiry about case (because it's outside of processing times)

11/30/06 approval e-mail

12/07/06 Greencard in the mail (= 8 months and 21 days for the entire AOS process)

Methinks going over this list with the mindset of "worst case scenario" would serve you best. The only time I have seen people on VJ go through questioning anything like this was in a case where the adjudicator was not convinced the couple had a legitimate relationship, and questioned them separately.

*Cheryl -- Nova Scotia ....... Jerry -- Oklahoma*
