Hello everyone... I would appreciate any insightful advice on this matter. I am wondering if using temporary medicaid specficially for pre-natal visits and birthing a baby would exclude you from being able to sponsor (or co-sponsor) an immigrant (ie: a CR-1/DCF petition) Again thank you for your time and information.

From my understanding, you can still sponsor or co-sponsor as long as your income meets the requirements without including the temp medicaid.

I think so as well - but you may want to check with the Consulate processing your DCF, just in case.

Good luck, L.
