Hi to all, finally on Friday Jun 8 I went to the second appointment to try to get the emergency AP (as many of you knows my father will be under brain surgery (aneurism) on May 28). My first appointment was a dissapoinment! because the girl told me at that time that is too early (my I-131 was filled on May 07) and she needed to see my birth certificate (to see if my father is my real father...) and the translation of the hospital letter.

So this time I went with everything. Now the guy only ask me to see the english translation of the hospital letter (nothing about the birth certificate), he request me a credit card then he made some calls and ready!! He told me the the credit card was to pay the overnight AP shipping from MSC to my home and was true! today (saturday) I received my AP (DHL Overnight) and I'm very happy now. I can travel with no stress and return again after the surgery to continue with my AOS process. Doctors said that my father is very strong, the aneurism very small and the risk is very low so I'm thinking to return on July 13.

So if you need an Emergency AP always go to the Infopass with:

- Hospital letter (with english translation)

- Birth Certificate (with english translation)

- Original I-131 form

- Credit Card
