HI EVERYONE

WE got an email where they are " requesting additional evidence " what does that mean? AND what we have to do then ?? will that delay the processing of our case in the future?

THANKS TO everyone who can provide me with answers and clarify this matter to me

Just what it says Requesting Additional Evidence. Here it is called an RFE.

Only delay in processing is the time it takes for the letter explaining what they want to get to you and you sending it back with what they want.

You must have left something out of your petition.
