Best advice & last minute USCIS interview tips:

from Rusty Ryan

You look down, they know you're lying

You Look up, they know you don't know the truth.

Don't use seven words when four will do.

Don't shift your weight, look always at the IO but don't stare,

Be specific but Not Memorable,

Be funny but don't make the IO Laugh.

He's got to like you then forget you the moment you've left the interview.

And for God's sake, whatever you do,

don't, under any circumstances...

finish the last line with a funny tip.......

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

"accidentally" drop a $100 bill on the ground and ask him/her "Is this yours?...."

One time, I was flying from Toronto to the US and going through the US immigration at the airport and I handed my passport over and had forgotten that I had a $20 bill stuck in it (can't remember why). The officer freaked out, mainly because they are watched so closely and can't even give a hint of corruption. He told me never ever hand money over to an immigration officer.

So yes, that probably isn't recommended.

Of course I've had a much different experience dealing with Ugandan immigration, but that's another story.

-don't ask to use their computer to check your stocks

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt
