Hey guys,

So, to anyone who has filed the package in march, how goes the progress

For me thus far it is,

March 2nd- sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 13th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- TOUCH for AOS and EAD

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail

March 17th- TOUCH for EAD.

AOS/EAD

March 2nd- Sent package

March 7th- Receipt date/ checks cashed

March 15th- Notice of Biometrics for March 28th

March 16th- RFE for AOS posted online, still waiting for the actual letter in mail.

March 23rd- RFE letters arrived.

March 28th- Had Biometrics, all went smoothly.

April 9th- Informed that case processing has been resumed.

April 24th- AOS Transferred to CSC.

May 18th- Got the case pending at CSC email.

May 24th- EAD APPROVED.

Our lawyer supposedly mailed AOS, EAD & I-130 on 3/12 via certified mail, but we haven't heard back whether it's even been received by Chicago...

Congratulations on your paperwork... seems like things are proceeding smoothly thus far...

AOS timeline

03/16/09 - file to lift conditions

03/16/09 - I-751 packet sent to CSC

03/19/09 - $545 check cashed

03/23/09 - NOA1 rec'd (receipt date = 03/18/09)

04/11/09 - Biometrics date

05/12/09 - Approval date!

05/16/09 - Approval letter received!

06/24/09 - card production email rec'd

07/06/09 - 10 year green card rec'd!

N-400 Timeline

03/26/2010 - mailed N-400 packet

03/29/2010 - N-400 packet rec'd

04/09/2010 - check cashed

04/15/2010 - NOA rec'd, dated 04/09/10

05/05/2010 - Biometrics

05/13/2010 - interview letter rec'd, for 6/16, 2:15 PM

06/16/2010 - Interview - approved!

07/08/2010 - Oath Ceremony

Yes, seems rather smooth thus far, apart from the RFE. I'm sure you will get some notification very soon, you know how they can be.....

i just mailed in my RFE reply last week.

i mailed mine my aos to chicago on Feb 20

and got my RFE i think on March 4th.. i think it took me like 2 weeks after i got the RFE online to get the actual paper in the mail.

March 11- mailed out AOS to chicago

March 31- I-485 touched.

April 3- got letter in mail saying Initial interview on May 15.

interview came way too fast..

approved 2 yr card on july 2007

Feb10 - mailed out I-751 to CSC

Feb20 - did biometrics

waiting waiting waiting for the 10 year card......................................

AOS filed 2-24-07, I-797 NOA1 received 3-5-07, Biometrics appointment 3-22-07 Louisville. I have a question. I cannot check my case status online. It keeps telling me my receipt numbers are invalid, however we have an appointment for Biometrics. Anyone else run into this? Do I need to notify them of this?

I would call them with that problem, more than likely the service rep will transfer you to an actual agent if they cannot get the receipt number to work....

Wow, 2 weeks, that sucks. Its amazing that it can take them so long, was the RFE for tax information?

Yeah, thats why i made this thread- i figured that we needed somewhere to compare and give support...Im not sure if my timeline is fast or not...Im sure if it is that USCIS will find a way to slow it down some....

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Finally able to see online info 7/22/09

Husband joined army and moved from San Diego to Ft. Benning GA! 8/30/11

Early Biometrics 10/04/12

In line for interview 10/8/12 for 8 days

Interview 11/20/12 PASSED!
