I can't believe it. We got approved. WOW!!! I really can't believe it. Hope the rest of November filers a speedy NOA2 and good luck to the rest. :yes:

April 2009 Filed for removal of conditions.
May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

N400 Status
07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office
12/06/10 Interview . Passed
01/11/11 Oath ceremony

Nov. 24, 07 - sent petition I-129F[Nov. 30, 07 - NOA1( cash checked) after 3 touches

Feb. 15, 07 - NOA2(yayy were so happy)tnx God

March 01, 07 - NVC recieved our petition

March 06, 07 - Received letter from NVC(petition will be sent to Manila Embassy)

patiently waiting aaggiinnnn...

March 18-24 - honey's second visit(wow super excited)

Mar. 15, 07 - INTERVIEW DATE REC.!!!!

MAY 15, 07 - Medical

We have the same NOA1 date and I've not had a touch since Nov. That's about my luck! :lol: Maybe I'll get ours in the next month or so (not holding my breath).

I was thinking the same thing. I gave up looking and was just checking my email. I bet you will get it, soon. Hope you get really quick.
