New Emails after K3 approval notice

I got three new emails today from CRIS saying that:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing.

On November 29, 2006, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action

????

Ok, I just got approved on the 1st of Feb and I received approval email notice. Why is this new email sent to me if my Case is already approved? Did anyone else experience this?

BTW: my I-129F case was touched today

I think it's just a glitch in the system. A similar thing happened to a few people not too long ago, though I don't think it happened after they'd been approved: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...+for+processing

It's not uncommon to receive touches after approval. It might mean your approved petition is being mailed to the NVC to continue it's journey. :)

I really, really wouldn't worry about that possiblility, which I think is highly improbable. :) If such a thing were ocurring, I'm sure USCIS would have issued a general notice because there would be a lot of very angry petitioners out there. The only reports on VJ have been of this "sent to another office" glitch, which seems to occur sometimes when an application has been touched.

You should receive the approval notices via snail mail by the end of next week. Perhaps they will be in your mailbox tomorrow. :)
