Ok...so I have read two different things on paying for the K3 after receipt of Packet 4 for an interview at LONDON, UK. Some state that you get a pay slip with which to pay for the K3 before hand, while some have stated that you pay at the embassy. Can someone please clarify? Asking due to looming interview. The Packet 4 says my wife got is really wierd. Despite the fact she is applying for a K3, they requested her to bring my I-864 and DS-230 Part II?!?!?! and said to pay at embassy (payment was like 300+ dollars, near 400 dollars). I am suspecting they sent the wrong checklist to my wife. Can someone confirm or deny?

Thanks!

I can share some light - the forms are correct due to the K3 flowchart. Below are two linkgs one to a flowchart and

a link to the forms a K3 spouse will be working with through out their K3 visa journey.

Hope this helps!

Yep...I knew that in some cases, the embassies took the I-864, but the London Consulate usually takes the I-134 as per the reviews of the consulate in the Embassy Info section here. That's not as big a deal as I sent the I-864EZ and the I-134 to my wife both with corresponding evidence. The main problem is where to pay that visa fee...before or on the day. The last thing you want is to go to the interview and to be told you cannot interview cause you did not pay. In that case, I would rather pay twice of thrice.

Thanks for the info though.

Anyone else on payment information?
