NEW FORM INFO for I-129F

So I emailed USCIS about the I-129F craziness. New version, old version, which one to use?

So this was their response:

The newer version was prematurely published. We expect it to be officially available this week. You may use the older version at least through mid-February.

They also updated the I-129F page:

Edition Date : 11/24/06. Prior edition dated 05/23/06 will be acceptable until 02/18/07.

I still pull up the prior edition from that page though.

ya, me too. weird.... hopefully by the time my fiance's package with his signed g325a and passport photo arrive they will have that sorted out and i can print out the new one and send it off without worry of rejection
