As I believe they head out today for Pittsburgh just wanted to send Rebecca & Wes out with a big bunch of "Good Luck" for their AOS interview tommorrow - with our wishes and taking the luck of the Irish too its going to be a breeze :thumbs:

July 30th USPS delivered

Aug 22nd check cashed

Aug 23rd I797C received - case been transferred to California

Aug 29th Biometrics Appt Letter arrived

Sept 12th Biometrics Appt Pittsburgh

Sept 24th email notice of Approval - card ordered !!!!!!

OK here is our story (short version)

we have been married for 3 years anny was July 3rd.

We filed I-130 march 21, 2005

Receipt date march, 30, 2005

Approval notice July 1, 2005

Case # change NVC July 21, 2005

Lawyer recieved fee bills Aug 9, 2005

Filed I-129f March 23, 2005

receipt date April 7, 2005

Approved july 5, 2005

Recieved packet from london July 15th, 2005

Finally mailed packet 3 Aug 5th, 2005

Medical appointment Aug. 13th, 2005

Interview date Sep. 2, 2005 Approved!!

Visa in hand sep. 3, 2005

05/31/2007 - Package received by NSC

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received

03.04.2009......Ordered Police Certificate for Visa Purposes from Local Garda Office (ordered over the phone)

03.05.2009......I-130 received at Embassy

03.06.2009......Received Police Cert

03.18.2009......I-130 Approved

09.10.2009......Medical Exam

09.23.2009......Embassy receives Notice of Readiness

10.13.2009......Received our interview date

10.29.2009......Successful interview!

11.5.2009........Visa received in post

11.7.2009........All the family flew to the US together :)

12.20.2009......Received Welcome to America letter

12.24.2009......10 year Greencard received in the mail

Awwww, thanks everybody! It looks like a pretty day out - good day for the 3 hour drive to Pittsburgh. Maybe go over to Station Square this evening for some window shopping and dinner - we went there last year during our first full day together in the US - had our first 'real date' at the Bucca de Beppo restaurant.

I cannot tell you how wound up I am right now. My sleep pattern is disrupted by very strange dreams - not nightmares - just odd dreams about stuff at work and things like that. Wes has done virtually all the housework in the last three weeks or so as I have either been working on our scrapbooks, the petition, or am whacked lying on the sofa from stress or exhaustion. I'm not even in the mood for much 'laundry'. At this point he probably wonders why he even moved to America. I have a feeling that when we emerge from USCIS tomorrow, whatever the story or result, I will probably throw up right on the sidewalk. I flew clear to London last fall to go with Wes to the consulate interview and had no dread whatsoever. With this step I am a mess.

We'll be meeting up with Widge and hubby for lunch afterwards tomorrow - I promise pictures!

4/01/08 mailed I-751 to Nebraska

4/3/08 package arrives at Nebraska

4/11/08 check cashed

4/14/08 recieved NOA extension letter

4/26/08 recieved biometrics appointment letter plus it looks like our case has been forwarded to California!

5/02/08 Biometrics scheduled

5/02/08 Biometrics completed in 10 mins!

Woo Hoo....8/28/08 Recieved 10yr Greencard in mail, no approved email!! We are done!!!
