Form OF-169 is a consulate specific form that lists the documantation needed to be gathered by the benificiary for the interview.

Esentialy this page on the consulat's website is the OF-169.

My attorney sent me this Sample checklist of items required at the time of consulate interview. It shows as if I need to give my fiance my passport for her interview, or am I misreading this? I don't see why I would need to do that...
