Here are this weeks timelines. The files were getting WAY TO BIG so I decided to limit the list to Sept - Nov. There were only a few leftovers from the earlier months anyway. If anyone from those months were using my list as evidence for your Senator/Congressman just PM me and I will work one up for you.

Enjoy!

Nope, I am hoping that we will find out our interview date this week. It's been a long wait!

We had not received packet 3 either. Our lawyer said to download packet 3 from the embassy website and just send it in. Best of Luck to you!

Gary, after 2 weeks waiting i received a responce to the email i sent to the embassy.

We received your file from NVC on 20 October 2006. Our records indicate that we have not yet received your response to the instruction package (Packet 3) that was sent to you on 08 November 2006, at the address mentioned in your email. You will not be eligible to be scheduled for an interview until you complete and return the necessary documents. You may obtain a duplicate instruction package (Packet 3) at http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/ivforms.html, if you wish.

Immigrant visa unit/E

I'm glad we downloaded and sent the packet 3. Maybe you should do the same. Good Luck. Tim

I think Manila does things differently. They don't send a packet 3. They just scedule your interview and medical then send a packet 4. Packet 4 has all the immagration forms that are needed at the interview. Please, someone correct me if I am wrong here.

Hi Gary,

thanks for all the work you do with timelines!

Just out of curiosity: What happens to us July NOA1s? Did we fall through this gap created in the last update? I mean, statistically - are our approvals counted? Or are timelines here mostly as an orientation to those still waiting?

Last week, we were still waiting so we missed out. This week we got approved (08/12) but you started with September so we missed out again :(

Just kidding! It's ok. Main thing is we got approved. I filled in our timeline and our "141 days" are recorded there. It's just that it feels so good to actually see it written I wish it was there every time I peek at timelines :)

Wishing for a NOA2 as a special Christmas gift to many more VJ couples!

Merry Christmas to all!
