What does this notice mean?

Today, like always, I was checking my wife's AOS application online. As you may see the timeline, we had our interview back in February and have been waiting on the dag on name check for a while. Today, however, the message in the uscis website regarding her status reads differently than before. I will paste the message and I like to know whether this is good or bad. Because I have given up on USCIS, and dont think anything good can come out of them. Here is the note below:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Fingerprints review completed.

Review of the fingerprints taken relating to this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS has been completed. Processing of this case continues. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. Does it mean, like I think it means.. a green card soon or what?

it seems as though they have some new notices. We did not gt touched but, the language of the notice changed.

possible but I think it might have something to do with your FBI check.... Were you in name check hell? Might pay to infopass in a week or so if you havent heard anything else from there...

with the way that they are changing the letters at the moment, and it is nice that they are trying to keep us up to date with our cases, I think it will be interesting to see what happens, in what order. Im kinda hoping that your next notice will be a welcome permanant resident one....

I'm thinking that the above statement is true. It seems they have new notices as I've found 3 people who got a different new notice today. So this is the 4th new email that I've been able to find today.

Yesterday we were done and they were sending us our welcome notice. Today our I-485 shows this:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On November 17, 2006, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

This actually makes me feel better seeing a second new status message.

Thank you for your kind replies. I hope my wife gets her GC soon w/o any mistakes. I hope to see everyone passing this stage ASAP.
