Easy answer:

Your CR-1 application, after it is received and an NOA-1 is issued, goes into a process of review and acceptance. It is then "Approved" and an NOA-2 is issued. This is not the FINAL approval where a visa is issued. My signature stated my approval and acceptance of NOA-2... I am still waiting for the rest of the process to be approved, as you can see...

However if you are looking to make this post a NOA-2 date approval ONLY, not a Visa acceptance, then go ahead and remove me.
