Question about DS 230 II

Timeline

Hello Dear VJ memebers,

I wanted to ask that in DS 230 II question no. 35, should i sign there or leave it blank. As i need to send these papers to US embassy in Pakistan in next few days. Just want to confirm.

If you look closely at page 4 of the DS-230 there is a line that says "DO NOT WRITE BELOW THE FOLLOWING LINE" That means just what it says, Dont Sign page 4, or Part II This is a swon statement that needs to be signed in front of the Counselor officer.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Stupid Question - Does part 2 of the biographic information form DS-230 need to be completed though?
Yes, just don't write below that line. Some consulates want parts 1 and 2 sent back together, others want you to hold on to part 2 and bring it to the interview.
