Nope. It's Vancouver or Montreal.

Latest news: Green card received 16 April 2007. USCIS-free until 3 January 2009! Eligible to naturalize 3 April 2010.

You can go here though to get information on how to obtain the fiance visa, they just don't process them. Montreal or Vancouver does like the poster above states. You can get application forms for the visa as well at the Toronto Location.

Lifting of Conditions

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)

Feb 2005 - APPROVED for K1 Visa

June - 2005 - Moved to the USA =)

Apr - 2006 - APPROVED AOS Without Interview!!

Feb - 2008 - REMOVAL of conditions!!!!!

02/20/2008 - Package was sent to TSC.

02/25/2008 - Package confirmed received at TSC.

yes, you will have to go to montreal. much cheaper than vancouver! :) great city..i'm planning on making a bit of a trip out of it.

nope, no jesting. Sorry!

Compared to some of us who went through Montreal, you're just a hop skip and a jump away. See it as a vacation, or an adventure. Montreal is a great city! :)

The bus isn't too bad if you need a cheap way to get there.

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

so, to clarify... is it only Vancouver or Montreal that process K1 applications?

i already have Calgary written down on the I-129F. Good thing the fiance hasn't sent the package in yet. I live in Winnipeg; does it matter which consulate I indicate on the form?

Well the NVC is aware which units in canada process the K visa and they would automatically send yr petition to the concerned place.you should be putting either Montreal or Vancouver

They decide for you, I'm sorry I don't know where Winnipeg falls (Montreal or Vancouver)

Peter, Canada has 2 Consulates that process K1s, in the cities of Vancouver & Montreal.
