On JULY 31, 2006, we received your response to our request for

evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was

complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in

this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

They told us wait for 60 days before u contact us regarding the case and now 60 days passed still no decision and waiting for approval. Moreover i see that many people who file their case of I-129-F after me got approved but i m still waiting so will u help me on what ground those are getting approved after me and when i see the processing date of CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER on 19 Sep 2006 they are doing case on 20 MARCH 2006.

When i make contact with the USCIS they say u had to wait more for 30 days how long we had to wait more when i see people are getting approved after me

If we read our message it says (However because preliminary processing was

Good luck!

Our NOA1 is 15 March and we're still waiting. Yes its difficult to watch the new cases being approved first but you are not alone. IMBRA caused havoc with the processing of all files. Some people got lucky, others did not. :(

Hello Faal4anisa,

You are in some type of checks being done at the service center. It could be that either one of you had a name hit and they are investigating it before they are able to proceed further or they have additional processing coming from the IMBRA. One thing I have learned about the times to contact them is that you cannot go by the 45 or 60 days. They mean you have to go by Monday - Friday and no holidays to count up to the alloted days.

Hope you hear something soon. And to the others as well hopefuly your NOA 2's will be issued soon, hang in there.

Mary

If we had a name hit and its taking so long to get our approval for NOA2 i wonder how much time it going to take me to get my K1 visa if they put me on AR and AP. God help me with this nerve racking waiting it really making me restless

I know it is such a nerve wracking wait coming out of Islamabad too. Just take this process one day at a time and do not set any dates in the near future. MO was K1 out of Islamabad and he had long wait but they finally cleared and he came to the USA and married and last I heard his AOS was going well. Keep the faith and not sure if name hit or IMBRA.

There is no way to know for sure whether name checks etc. are delaying your petition. Thats just pure speculation. My NOA1 is one day efter you. My IMBRA RFE was returned one week before yours. I still have nothing, no touches, nothing. So join the club and call your congressman or senators. Someone at the USCIS office here told me that my RFE receipt date is my new NOA1. So who knows.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
