Ok,just CURIOUS!!!!

What happens if you overstay during a visit in the US?

I mean,will the police stand at your door on the day after the expiration date of your VISA ready to deport you?

Note;NO,MY VISA has not expiered yet! :no:

No, but the CBP will be standing at the POE the next time you try to enter.

It means that you will have lots of problems to enter the country again?

Depending on the length of the overstay and the method you are using for entry, you may be refused entry.

Any overstay of even 1 day on the VWP and you won't be allowed in again on the VWP.

An overstay of 6 months then there is a ban for 3 years

An overstay of 1 year then there is a ban for 10 years
