OK here is the deal. On the NOA for our AOS interview the address is wrong (it was a typo on their part) (FYI we are adjusting status for K-1 and 2 K-2s) Now the misinformation line is telling us to send the AR-11 to two diffent places. The first time we called is was kentucky the second time they said to mail it to our local USCIS. Any one have any idea or had the same thing happen. The reason we are so concerned it because we have allready received 2 of the 3 biometrics letters and the biometrics letter we are missing is for the K-2 whos address is wrong...

My husband and I changed our address just last month. We sent both AR-11's and I-865's (sponsor change of address form) accompanied by a cover letter that included his A # and case #'s to the following places:

  • The Kentucky Address on the AR-11 Form
  • The Lee's Summit Office, where our case was last known to be (address found on the bottom of the last correspondence we received from USCIS)
  • The California Service Center, as noted by the I-865
  • Our former local District Office (though this letter was returned to sender....)

All of this accompanied by calling the Change of Address in to the 1-800 #. So far, it seems to have gone smoothly. We just received an interview notice at our new address!

Hopefully that helps you, and good luck!
