URGENT

I came in the U.S on k-3 visa and now me and my wife is ready to adjust to permanent status but I don't know which medical I should send along the package. I don't have a copy of the medical I did in my country as we already submitted it to the embassy. all I have is the vaccination report and is the what I need to send along with the package as the medical? pls someone give me a quickanswer to this and I greatly appreciate. Thanks

I know they are people here on either k-3 or k-1, how did U include ur medical report? did U just include the vaccination sheet??? pls someone give me a quick answer and not ask me to go to a link.
