I came in the U.S on k-3 visa and now me and my wife is ready to adjust to permanent status but I don't know which medical I should send along the package. I don't have a copy of the medical I did in my country as we already submitted it to the embassy. all I have is the vaccination report and is the what I need to send along with the package as the medical? pls someone give me a quickanswer to this and I greatly appreciate. Thanks

Embassy admit having petition (interview date not known yet) 20th Oct 2005

Picked up package 4 at embassy 24 of Oct

Interview date: 19th January 2006 DENIED (221G)

Second interview: 3rd of Feb 2006 VISA APPROVED! Thank U Lord!!!

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

Anyone with this information can provide that here.....which would be helpful....
