I have been asked from the US consulate that I need to provide the BC. I did try to send every other evidance to show my identity but they still want my BC. I never got one in my life infact my birth was never registered. Embassy says that I can register my birth late. Now the thing is that I have got one BC. But two main things:

The BC was issued from the place where my father, grnadfather have been living and thats my native place where we have official record.

The date of registration shows back in 1976 when i was born but the BC was issued recently.

what are the issues and what can i do about it?

From my perspective, this should be acceptable, especially since the Embassy advised you to do that.

Anyone else?

I'd tend to agree. If it's a late registered birth, then it should show that you were born in 1974 but that it's been issued recently.

I don't understand why the place of issuance would pose as a problem, Gugu. Can you explain?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
