:crying: HELLO!!

WE SENT THE 129F MORE THAN 7 MONTHS AGO! WE HAVE RECEIVED THE NOA1 ANS THE RFE IMBRA. WE SPOKE TO THE SENATOR IN OUR AREA AND THEY SEND A LETTER STATING THIS:

"THAT CASE IS WITH AN ADJUDICATING OFFICER AS OF 9/5/2006. PLEASE RE-CHECK IN APROXIMATELY 30 DAYS"

PLEASE!!! Im crazily worried.. does someone know what is that mean???

Brenda, don't worry.

I received the same message from my senator on August 30 and our approval came 4 days later. You should see it next week!

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

AFTER MONTHS OF DEPRESSION!! GUYS I FEEL LIKE EVERYTHING COULD BE BETTER IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR RESPONSES!! IM GONNA KEEP THE FAITH.. THERE HAVE BEEN DAYS WHEN I THINK IF THEY R NOT GONNA GRANT THE VISA I SHOULD CONSIDER MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE, IS VERY DIFICULT LOVE SOMEONE LIVING 5000 MILES AWAY! WAITING IS KILLING US.

It is surprising that yoy received IMBRA RFE with NOA1 of Feb 06. I thought only March 6 and onwards petitioners had to deal with IMBRA. Did you get it clarified?

I-751 process:

4/06/09: Mailed I-751 to VSC by Express mail

4/07/09: Received by VSC

4/17/09: Check clearance.

4/20/09: NOA1 received in mail (receipt date: 4/08/09)

4/30/09: Biometric appt. letter received (appt. on May 15th)

5/05/09: Walk-in biometric done

9/02/09: Approval Email (touch on USCUS site)

9/03/09: Approval letter received (decision date: 8/27/09)

9/09/09: Touch, but no change in status on USCIS site.

9/11/09: Green card rec'd.

1-18-2006 She returns to Russia, engaged but not married

2-26-2007 I-129F sent by Express mail to Chicago lock box
6-25-2007 Both NOA2s in hand; notice date 6-15-2007
9-17-2007 K3 visa in hand
11-12-2007 POE Atlanta

8-14-2008 AOS packet sent
9-13-2008 biometrics
1-30-2009 AOS interview
2-12-2009 10-yr Green Card arrives in mail

2-11-2014 US Citizenship ceremony

THANKS FOR ALL THOSE GOOD WISHES..

VSSKS: YES WE WERE SURPRISED TOO WHEN WE RECEIVED THE RFE- IMBRA. WE WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO... WE ALREADY RESPONDED, AFTER THAT KITKAT DID RECOMEND US TO CONTACT OUR SENATOR OR CONGRESSMAN TO ASK WHY THEY SENT US THE IMBRA.

ACTUALLY WE DONT HAVE A FINAL RESPONSE ABOUT THAT, THEY JUST SAID OUR CASE IS WITH THE ADJUDICATING OFFICER.

AND MY FIANCEE AND ME, HAVE CLEAN RECORDS ABOUT PRIOR PETITIONS, OR ANY KIND OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.. SO ITS WEIRD UH>> ? I VE SEEN IN THIS FORUM IM THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED NOA IN EARLY FEB 2006 AND STILL GOT THE IMBRA. I JUST DONT KNOW WHY..

It is very unusual to see a Vermont petitioner with such a long delay? Were you one of the couples to be approved and then returned to VSC?

For what I saw in her timeline, her case was not one of the recalled ones.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
