Will this reason be ok to request expedited K-1 processing?

K-1 beneficiary's brother just had an amputation and when being wheeled between rooms in hospital saw dogs in the hospital's backyard fighting over his amputated leg, each pulling on different sides. (No wonder there are always so many dogs behind a hospital's theatre).

This was then told to K1 the beneficiary and now the beneficiary is being treated for stress and depression because cant believe that dogs are fighting over brother's leg.

Will USCIS accept this reason and approve the I-129 faster?

No, Only a medical condition of the US Citizen or if the US Citizen gets called to active duty by the military will they even consider and emergency expedite.

If it were easy to expedite a case then every one would come up with an excuse. No way to speed the process up any faster, there are many things going on behind the scenes such as security checks that cannot be rushed.

Well, it is possible. You will need to submit at least 3 photos of the dogs fighting over the leg. Also, you will need to submit the USCIS K-9 form in quadriplicate and this must be signed by the dogs (copies are not allowed).

did you mean signed by the doctors? Dogs cannot sign consistent signatures.

Paw prints are acceptble if the dog can't sign clearly, but you will need 2 witnesses to the signature. Just make sure it's the new IMBRA-complaint K-9 form or you will get an RFE.
