It would be the greatest thing the USCIS ever did. Run the USCIS like a private company, actually listen to your customers, try to please every customer like the success of your business and therefore your livelyhood depended on it. Unfortunately it's just far to ambitious to accomplish this in the federal government, in my opinion anyway. The problem is they have no competition and never will. So where is the incentive to do better?
