Hi Nate,

It must be a very tough, sad and depressing decision but I believe you are making the right decision. Like I wrote in your other thread, I knew deep down you knew the answer. Good luck and remember time will heal your wounds. You sound like a good person and you will find someone for you in the future. Never lose hope! I do not know the answer to your question on this thread but I am sure another VJ member will give you the answer, if not start by making some telephone calls and e-mail’s to NVC, USCIS and any other agency you have dealt with in your process. Write letters and document everything.

Good luck,

Peter Miami

You bought one way for her to get here? Ouch. Oh well. Buy her a ticket, my friend. That is the way it has to be. Learn from this mistake.

You are responsible for the beneficiary and would be the one to pay for transportation back to their country.

just buy her a ticket and see her to the airport...BUT learn a lesson - maybe make sure you aren't just trying to find an asian woman just to find one...if that makes sense.

Make sure you can communicate WITH JUST THE TWO OF YOU - without a transator.

That said, I am sure you are heartbrokedn and i'm sorry :( I hope everything works out. Best of luck

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Nate - I think you have made a wise decision.

Buy her a ticket and actually see her through the departure gate with your own eyes - just to be safe.

I wish you the best

Yeah. Take responsibility for this one last step.

And I think it has been advised on here before that you send a letter to the State Dept. referencing her case numbers and that she has gone home.

Sorry for this.

I don't' think this would be easy like we all said. If she has relatives here, she might want to leave him and stay here with her relatives. He can NOT force her to the airport. Have to leave this for the USCIS. She has 90 days to leave the country if He is not marry to her. Also, he has to send all the documents such as NOA1 , NOA2 and letter back to where the petition was filed.

Thinking the same thing. From what we've read it seems the woman may not have been too interested in him from the beginning. She was interested in something when she agreed to go with him.
