Packet 3 - DS-230 part I and II

Hi

I have read several post on here which say that you return DS-230 part I and II to the Consulate with your Packet 3 forms.

However, I recently received my Packet 3 from London - and it only contains form DS-230 part I (NOT Part II) - and it clearly states in the instructions to return form DS-230 part I (No mention of Part II).

Now, I had already downloaded and completed DS-230 part II from the internet - so should I mail this off as an addition to my Packet 3 forms (even though they dont ask for it) - OR do i take it along to the interview??

Any help gratefully received!!

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Canada

I'd just take it along with you, In the instuctions it doesn't say to send it back. Or email your embassy and ask !

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

You do not need Part II. Mail Part I back with the rest of the forms and your checklist. All other supporting documentation and the I-134 should be taken to the interview.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Thanks everyone - especially JenT - who seems to know pretty much everything...about everything!

Jen, how much would you charge to prepare my AOS documents for me??? I'm sure you would do a better job than my attorney! ;)

Thanks again.

That is correct atleast on the Packet 3 I got from Vancouver they did not include much of anything just links to get it from the net...however they only asked for part 1.

So then for the Vancouver Consulte they don't provide you with any actual paper forms to fill out? We download them all (like part 1) from the website and fax it back?
