Hi Roselle :) Welcome to VJ!

A good place to start is by reading the Guides here on VJ - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=newmembers

There is a lot to read and take in, so try not to be overwhelmed by it all.

Hi Roselle - I am in complete agreement with this post. Take some time and read through the K-1 guide. Review the forms and information a number of times. Browse around this site and get familiar with things here. It is a great place to learn and find help when you need it.

There are two "phases", 1) the I129F petition and then the interview. They are very different and have different criteria to meet. Try to read a bit and get an understanding of this and how it works. For sure you will have questions and that is not a problem but we all appreciate those who do their homework and put forth their best efforts too.

Good Luck on your "Visa Journey" and welcome aboard!

Read the guides. Its a lot better to read it on your own then have people explain it all for you.

"VJ Timelines are only an estimate, they are not actual approval dates! They only reflect VJ members. VJ Timelines do not include the thousands of applicants who do not use VJ"

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE SITE, PLEASE READ THE GUIDES BEFORE ASKING ALOT OF QUESTIONS. THE GUIDES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TIME!
