We were touched today for the first time since our RFE receipt date of 7/11/06. I noticed someone else with the same RFE date was also touched today. If so it will be interesting to see what happens next.

2005-02-08: met in yahoo

2005-02-20: started talking on the phone

2005-06-24: met for the first time in Hongkong

2005-06-25: engagement!!!

2005-08-10: started working on the annulment

2005-10-17: first visit in the philippines

2006-02-28: Got my final decree of the annulment

2006-03-03: second visit in the philippines

2006-03-16: sent I-129F to CSC

2006-03-24: received NOA1

2006-06-23: received IMBRA RFE

2006-06-24: third visit in the philippines to celebrate

our anniversary

2006-07-06: IMBRA RFE reply

2006-07-28: Touched!

2006-07-31: Touched Again! (Morning)

2006-07-31: NOA2 Approved!!!

We had quite a few 7/5 & 7/6 RFE people touched over here...

Rfe recieved - 06-30-2006

rfe sent - 06-30-2006

NOA2 - 07-31-2006

NVC received - 08-03-2006

NOA2 recieved in the mail: 08-04-2006

NVC sent : 08-04-2006

NVC letter recieved: 08-10-2006

Embassy confirmed: 08-11-2006

interview date: 11-09-2006

Visa approved : 11-09-2006

Visa recieved : 11-15-200

Nope. My RFE reciept date was the 11th but no touching for me...But you guys give me hope!

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

7/13/06 - Touched

NOA2 September 11!!!

10/18/06 - Received at Embassy

12/23/06 - Recieved package with interview/medical schedule

01/08/06 - CFO interview/(pre-departure class) Complete

1/11/07 & 1/12/07 Medical complete

02/05/07 - Interview!!!

2/7/07 (2/8/07 manila) - Informed we are approved...3 days after interview.

2/12/07 Visa Received

2/16/07 Baby arrives in US!!!!!

4/14/07 Wedding

4/21/07 Filed AOS

I was touched yesterday, with a RFE of 11 July.

I would not try to develop any theories or patterns though, it has been tried unsuccessfully many times.

The only common theme is that USCIS sucks!!!! :lol:

06/11/2007 EAD card production ordered

07/03/2007 AOS card production ordered

07/7/2007 GC in mail -date on card 6/28/2007

I-751

4/21/08 - I-751 package mailed- regular mail

4/28/09 - Check cashed

5/6/09 - NOA 1 received

7/28/09 - called 1- 800 -.... put in service request

7/31/0 - e-mail from CRIS - no biometrics needed

I second that. They received my petition on the 11th but gave me a receipt date of 19th in the e-mail ....#######

7-03-06 Touched - RFE - IMBRA Sent Out

7-08-06 Received RFE - IMBRA - Date 6-23-06 and Postmarked 6-27-06

7-08-06 Stopped by Border Securtiy on NCIC name hit - Identity Theft two years ago and theif used my name as an alias which is now permanently tied to his criminal file as an alias - Border Security very helpful and understanding and apologetic about the situation but they have to verify I was not the perpetratpr.

7-10-06 Sent RFE

7-11-06 Received by CSC

7-19-06 Touched e-mail stating received 7-19-06 (BS)

8-03-06 Wondering ####### is taking so long - 128 days now

8-21-06 Congressional Inquiry

8-24-06 NOA2 WHoooohoooo

I was out of town for the weekend. But I was touched on the 7/28 with a receipt date for my RFE of July 11. I'm hoping this means that we will all have noa2's issued Monday or Tuesday. Good luck to all of us.

someone putting in overtime at NSC? :rolleyes: but if true should do same at CSC. at least some tax dollars put to a good use ;)
