Hey everyone,

Thought I would start a thread with the names of those helpful NVC Operators. It would be great to recognize those @ NVC who provide exceptional "customer" service. Do ask the operator for their name before you hang up or if you caught it at the beginning and add them to this list if you've found him/her helpful

05/27/2010: Approved at the interview, but put on AP afterwards :(

06/27/2010: Really missing my Hubby :*(

07/29/2010: Visa Issued!! AP is OVER!!

07/31/2010: Visa in hand!!! Thank you GOD!

09/01/2010: POE JFK

02-05-10......Case # Assigned

03-31-10........AVR inputted Case Complete

04-29-2010...Interview date assigned via Operator & email received...

06-02-2010...Medical Exam @consultorio de visas,Sto Dgo.

06-16-2010....Interview @ Santo Domingo 7.30 A.M. APPROVED

08-06-2010..... POE date @ Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta.. connecting flight to Washington DC

Haha... seems like this thread needs to be moved to somewhere else where there is bit more traffic... lol.. I'm sure there are other helpful operators. Someone in the NVC Feb thread mentioned an operator named Sue. So now we have:

1) Colese

2) Roberto

3) Sue

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
