Ready for K-1 interview, is my packet complete?

I am so nervous I hope I have this all correct, if anyone sees anything missiing please let me know:

1) Appointment Letter

2) 2 copies of DS-156 UNSIGNED

3) 2 copies of DS-156K

4) 2 copies of I-134 Affidavit of Support signed by me, the petitioner

5) A letter from me stating my intent to marry my fiance, the beneficiary

6) 2 copies of CDJ-402 Intent to Marry for my fiance the beneficiary to sign

7) My original divorce paper + 2 copies (petitioner)

8) My original marriage license + 1 copy (petitioner)

9) My original birth certificate (petitioner)

10) Copy of my passport (petitioner)

11) Original I-797C NOA

12) Proof of economic solvency which includes my paystubs, letter from my bank, my mortgage, my tax returns

13) 15 pictures of us together

14) Phone records for the past 2 years

15) Emails between us

I can't stop looking this packet over! Am I missing anyting?

Drug Bans Thread

There are a lot of people on www.smf.juarez-mexico.com who have gotten the drug ban so it is well discussed. They also tell you what you need to do for the interview if it has been just a simple one-time drug use. Drug tests are recommended, and letters from the head of a drug rehab facility or priest or other community leader.

Here is a quote from "Catiana" in that same thread re. Laurel Scott's advice on drug bans:

Here are a few suggestions from Laurel Scott:

• evidence of changed life conditions, e.g. alien committed offenses when he/she was young, foolish, unemployed, childless, and/or single, but now person is older, wiser, married, employed and/or has kids

• letter from clergy stating this person has changed

• evidence that alien is in position of trust with money (if financial crime) or trust with children (if violent or alcohol-related crime) and that the people who placed him in this position of trust KNOW the alien's criminal history

• evidence of successful completion of alcohol or drug treatment program if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crime (BEWARE OF ADDICTION GROUNDS OF INADMISSIBILITY - ALIEN MUST BE CLEAN AND SOBER FOR THREE YEARS)

Since it is a one-time drug use, they should accept less evidence, but I would definitely want something to back you up at the interview just in case.

However, I also found this quote from one of the chats:

Laurel: I'd say if you had just admitted to one or two uses of marijuana and nothing else and no arrests due to drugs ... and its now been over three years since the last use ... it's not worth discussing. Chances are the adjudicator has done the same thing and isn't going to be concerned with that. Anything more serious than that and you may have to get into it.

So, if it was just one or two times it looks like she doesn't think you need too much evidence about that.

I am double-checking your list now, but I don't know much about K-1 requirements...I know for Cr-1/IR-1 they are asking for his passport and the original and copy of birth certificate, but I can't find a good list of K-1 requirements. I have also heard of timelines and affidavits for the K-1, but I doubt Ciudad Juarez is that demanding.

Thanks you are so sweet! It's been such a long road for sure! I won't sleep this week for sure until this is over but I'm happy I got the paperwork done, I have all day tomorrow to find anything wrong with what I have - so all comments welcome. I am going to fedex tomorrow night
