RedBlue-Congrats on your pregnancy! All the best for you and your baby at this time for a healthy pregnancy.

I have no idea about medicals in Toronto (lol..I was pregnant before in the USA..though I used to be from TO..lol..)

But...Whatever you do..If you are pregnant...

DO NOT HAVE ANY X-RAYS DONE! (as that is harmful to you and your baby)

As well...Make sure any medications, vacines, tests, etc. that you have are safe for you and your baby too...

Yours abd your babys heath should not be at risk!

Just tell the medical exam doctor that you are pregnant, and I'm sure they can have some sort of acomodation and waiver for you, as for what is ndeded for immigration for you while pregnant.

Hope this helps. Good luck on your journey and pregnancy too.

You can get the x-ray deferred but you'll need a note from the physician treating you. Just go prepared with that and you should be fine.

Here is the panal physicians website for the dr. in Toronto. They are very nice and professional

Congrats on the pregnancy!! :D You've probably already thought about this, but it would be smart to bring a note from the doctor confirming the pregnancy.

No problem...Glad to be able to help here..:)

Lol..On an un-related note...Lol..Because of that, I havnt had any dental work done in the past 3 years (been pregnant off and on..)...Too unsafe there, despite my teeth aching..lol....

As well, certain meds I wasn't able to take and foods I coundt eat while preggers either..

Heck..even now (while my baby is nursing)..I couldnt get a flu shot..uggh....

The point is...The most important thing here is you and your baby..Not on what some standard immigration form says!

Just point the fact out that you're preggers, bring a medical note, and you'll have no problem there.

Im sure others have had the same thing too..and had no problems!

Good luck.

Ant

P.S. Lucky you..free medical in Canada...:) By the way...If your baby was bron in Canada, you can apply for Birth Abroad too, so your baby can become an American Citizen right away and not worry about immigration to the USA ever...

I'm sure the standard instruction is to not have the x-ray - they are after all Doctors
