I can't tell you why but I can tell you it's a good thing. They typically approve them without an interview. My husband's was approved with no interview after being transferred to California. So, Congrats!

Wow....even though my head knows that there's nothing logical about USCIS and wait times, looking at others' timelines and hearing about others' cases baffles me over and over again :(

Your wife filed end of May (actually almost June :)), was transfered, and has already been approved. I filed in mid-March, was transfered as well, and haven't heard anything since the last little "touch" in Mid-June......and there are people who have been waiting a lot longer as well. Why the big differences....? :(

I just wish they could tell us BEFOREHAND how long each of us has to wait.....it's the not-knowing that's killing me :D

See....just as I said: You filed after I did, we live in the same state, and you already got your approval. I really should stop looking at other people's timelines

But before I give up that annoying habit: When was your case transfered (as myIntn0313 would like to know as well)?

And the most important thing: Congratulations to you! I still remember when we were both trying to get our vcaccination supplements filled out :D

Enjoy your celebration :)

They transferred our application June 29, 2006. Yeah, we cannot believed it either. We are expecting to have an interview since we are just 10 minute drive to the immigration office. But I guess we have to wait for the real card in the mail then we can now celebrate. We are not waiting for my wife's EAD card (which was approved June 15) anymore. Instead, we are waiting for a green card.

CWR, yes it seemed a long time for that civil surgeon thing. We are looking for your timeline and expecting that if you got approved we will be the next. Did you get interview appointment? Is your application also transferred?

Good luck to all.

My case was transfered to CSC on May 23rd.......more than a month before yours was transfered :(

I still haven't heard anything else, no touches since June 17th, no approval e-mail either.

Oh well....as I said, I really should stop reading others' timelines

Again, congratulations to you two :)
