Ok my wife and I are going to divorce we are seperated. The state I am in requires you to live apart or at least 6 months before you can file for divorce. By the time we can even file for dievorce it will be time to file removal or conditions and the dievorce would of only just started so what do I do to lift my conditions.????

My wife and I got married out of love but we have slowly drifted apart my wife has changed so much she used to hang on every word I said but and now every word I say is wrong and cause for an argument she has even become violent towards me but I have never repoted the violents as I loved her and just thought she is having a hard time with her emotions but now everything is to much and We are getting a divorce my problem is now it's all over am I expected to go back to my birth place because my life is so different now and it would be near impossible for me to go back as I have no job in my birth place and I have no friends also very little family and the family I have are very poor and have no room for me so I would be homeless or really in a really bad place. What I have here is a good job that helps people with special needs and I have a nice house and the best friends I could ever ask for so I'm scared of going back to my birth place. My 2 year conitional runs out when my divorce will start so what do I do? Do I file for ROC? If so when and how?

Yours is a common situation. You are in a grey area. There is a thread on this forum called - waiver filers - or something like that. If nobody can give you advice here, either look there for advice, or post your question on the "Effects of Major Family Changes" forum. There are more people there who can help.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I know there is a way to do this. I just don't know what it is offhand.
