parent consent is a letter from your mother or father that they allow you to travel abroad with a notarized from lawyer. This is one requirements for having a CFO seminar for those age below 25 year old.

GOOD LUCK...

Go to the CIty Hall nearest you, and ask where the Civil Registrar is. They have a permission slip form that your parent(s) sign, and also the civil registrar signs, and you go have it notarized. Small fee. Hope this helps.

^Yep. My girl was 20. She had a notarized consent form from a lawyer....the USEM never even asked about it. As a matter of fact, they only looked at about 5 pics of her evidence, out of about 5 pounds of evidence she brought with her. If your case is solid, don't sweat it, it's simple.

It is not a USEM requirement, but one the CF0 has been asking for a lot these days, and based on Philippines family law, as the US only cares that you are of legal age to marry in the US.

And the law is 18 to 20 is approval & 21 to 25 is advise, and do not have a objection to the marriage, and in either case if the parents do not agree after three months notice they can marry anyway.
