about vaccination certificate

HI everybody, i sent my I485 last may and was transferred to California last june, i got my work autorization and my advance parole, but in august my wife withrawed the I864 , she went the local office and did that, so the local office asked california center to send them my case but they didn't tell them why ( they told me that ) one week later i received an email from california and a mail also ,it said that they transferred my case to the local office because they now have juridiction on my case, short time later my wife went back to the local office and told them that she did something that she is not supposed to do and that she was upset and she gave them another I864 2 weeks later they sent me a letter asking me and my wife to vist the local office for an interview, they asked us to bring all documentations that proof our marriage is not a fraud, so we went there with all documents ( pics , sharing account, bills , ...) ,we had ou interview separatly , the imigration officer asked us the same question , and we had almost the same answers, at the end the officer told me that i missed a vaccination and that i need to see a civil surgeon for that, so i had my shots by my doctor and i sent all documents to DR ARNOLD IN TEXAS i got the the sealed envelope and i make an info pass and went to the local office ,i met the same officer but he didn't accept that vaccinations certificate for DR ARNOLD , he asked me why i used a civil surgeon from another state i told him it's cheaper, he told me he wont accept that ( it happened yesterday) and he told me that he will gime another chance to do that so i left the local office and went straight to a local surgeon he asked me to vist him today , and i did he did that for me for 200 dollars and went to the local office and gave a lady that letter, she told me to wait and she went inside to see the officer , 4 mins later she was back and told me that the officer accepted that vaccins certificate, she told me that i will receive the decision in 2 or 3 weeks. i'm scared now. can any one, who have axperiences with thoses situations ,tell me if it's a good sign or not? i keep telling myself : if they want deny my case why they tried to have that vaccin certification. help me please.thank you.
