Nice work!

one question I have is:

If you do select all electronic and you have received your interview date....

Will your beneficiary be REQUIRED bring anything to the interview?

This could include the originals of the three white pamphlets or etc.

2009-04-02 : NOA2, I130 Sent to NVC

It's a good start, always good to get a new wiki info page going.

It's very slanted towards China - which I assume is what you have experience with and therefore seems appropriate. I'm just wondering, as more information becomes available for other consulates, like Montreal, if we should have separate electronic filing pages for each consulate (in which case Electronic Filing for China might be more appropriate for a page name).

Also a question, with electronic filing is it always necessary to send the 3 years worth of tax transcripts or is that just your recommendation based on your personal experience?

Regardless - glad you got it started

Just about any thing considered 'an original document' that was NORMALLY SUBMITTED during NVC processing, you MUST bring to the Interview.

I can expand it for Montreal, sure - you betcha, with Montreal-specific stuff..

Currently , there's only three consulates allowing for Electronic Filing - so I think the 'country list' will stay short for the rest of the year (IMO, anyway ).

re: - 3 years o Tax Info for the I-864 - ya - that's been some big debate over the past 2 years, for China, some folk have passed with one year, some folk were blue-slipped for one year, NO ONE was denied on income with 3 years o data.

I'm just wondering if it would be possible to break up the text at the bottom with headers, the abundance of text is a bit overwhelming

Yup - I'vw been doing some mapping on it - it needs a total rework at the bottom bits.

OK - I've reformatted for sections, added some links.

Still have to reform the last section, though.
