Can someone please explain this to me??? I saw him on the news one night and I thought, geez, his hair is painted on or drawn on with a marker.

What? Anyone else do this? And why? ;)

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

It's not painted on, but it looks like he processed it with chemicals (perm) so that it's very straight and then he uses hair product to keep it down. It looks ridiculous.

05/11/09: AP approved

05/12/09: Case arrived at CSC for further processing

05/13/09: EAD approved

05/13/09: AOS Touched

05/14/09: AP received

05/15/09: EAD card received

06/25/09: Card production ordered

07/06/09: Approval notice sent

07/06/09: Card Received!!!

Removal of Conditions

I thought the same thing but I saw an interview with him a few nights ago and i got up close to the screen and there really is no hair, it's inked on somehow. In some pics you can see it's hair squashed down but I swear, that interview it was like a tattoo...

Do NOT know why i'm even wondering at all but it's just one of those things I don't get. LIke trying to imagine the size of the universe.

I used to know this kid who's father used to draw on his moustache with eyebrow pencil. :rofl:

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

Jermaine has not tatooed his hairline it is a technique that many African American males use to darken their hair and outline the fade ( the type of haircut). It is very common practice among African American males maybe not to this extreme but it was a style made famous among the Philadelphia Hair company and is widespread amongst the Hip Hop community. It is also reminiscent of the Motown era which he is indeed a veteran of along with the and relaxed hairstyles as well. He has his own style and I love him!!
