We are sending I-130 & I-485 concurrently so I think this is the right address but I want to double check :)

Ah!! that's the address on the Form I-130. The USCIS agent I spoke to over the phone said that if filing a concurrent application of I-130 and I-485 to use the address on the Form I-485. You should read page 6 of the I-485 Instructions

There are 2 addresses on the Form I-485:

For Postal Service: USCIS

P.O.Box 805887

Chicago IL 60680-4120

For Courier/express deliveries: USCIS

Attn: AOS

131 South Dearborn- 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5520

I sure hope I mailed it to the right address

They almost look identical except for the zip code! BTW, do you know what they mean by courier mail? Would that get it there faster?

Hi!!! I just sent my application this morning by Fedex for overnight delivery. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I used the different address that was mentioned above though. I used what was on I-130 instruction. I had the address with Attn: AOS right before I sent package, but at the last minute I changed to the following:

The instruction says if the form I-130 is being filed concurrently with Form I-485, submit both forms concurrently to the address above.

But both are the same address, just differenrt attn: and last 4 digit of zip code, so hope October will be a blessed month!!

Yeah that is why I was confused too, since the I-130 & I-485 list different addresses (well, different zip code). Someone told me on a different post to use the one from the I-485 but I'm not sure if it matters. Might check with my lawyer on this one!

ReeRee! So you sent the application October 5 too?! hehehe.. Same here but I guess my package will arrive tomorrow since I didn't choose the "express" thingy since it's quite expensive.

So keep me posted!

laurelmike... At last! for more than a month preparing for the forms, requirements and the fees. Whew!

I wanna thank those people who helped me. I posted a lot of threads here asking questions regarding some items on the application forms. Good thing I've found this forum.

Yep, I am just being so inpatient right now, I know I won't get NOA for 6 - 10 days, but some people receive in a few days too.

And many thanks to VJ because I didn't use a lawyer so we filled out everything ourselves and there were a lot of confusions while completing application, but VJ members past experiances helped me clear all of my questions. Even if I get RFE, I just hope it will go smoothly.... Ahh I am worrying too much again, think positive!!!

I will keep you posted on my progress!! :P
