I received my I-797C NOA yesterday confirming receipt of my I-751 to remove 2 year conditions of residence and wondered typically how soon after that you normally receive your appointment for Biometrics.

We live in South West Michigan but I was planning on visiting the UK from 7th October to 20th October to visit my elderly Mom and have not booked the flight yet but need to do so today or tomorrow.

Do you think I would possibly get an appointment within the next 3 weeks? I dont have to go to the UK at this time but because of work commitments its the only period this year where I could go for a full two weeks and just wanted to maximise the air fare cost with the time I can spend there.

Thanks

Gordon

Hi Gordon,

Did you send your I-751 in September? I don't see your I-751 timeline in the September thread. It would be helpful for us (on the September I-751 thread) to see your timeline, as well as for yourself.

Here is the link: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...0&start=180

You can reply to the most recent topic with the timeline, and include your name and dates under the appropriate Service Center.

02/2001 - Met in Europe

08/2004 - Moved to USA

08/2007 - Married in Brazil

09/2007 - Submitted AOS to VSC

12/2007 - AOS approved

09/2009 - Submitted I-751 to CSC

10/2009 - ROC approved (1 month 2 days from receipt date)

12/2010 - Submitted N400

01/2011 - Biometrics (twice)

02/2011 - Citizenship Interview and Civics Test

04/2011 - Oath Ceremony/American Citizen
