It is nearly time to file the I-751 to lift the conditions on my K-1 visa wife. On the I-751 form, it says to include fingerprints. I thought that this was done with the bio appt, later.

Do we actually need to have my wife fingerprinted? If so, then where do we get this done? Police Station?

thanx, for any help,

Biometrics (photos and fingerprints) are needed for the I-751 process, once the form and supporting evidence is submitted, a notice will be sent to you scheduling the biometrics appointment. Done at the same place you did the AOS biometrics.

i think not . once you file for I751 ,u will recieve letter from USCIS showing the date and place of biometerics then she will have to go and have her fingerprints don at the same place where the USCIS letter says. i hope it helps.
