I am going though California Service Center

Then your in with the "second wave" of RFE's. It looks like they are sending them out a week at a time. When you see some of us in the "first wave" (thats me) then wait a week. You should get yours then.

Please fill in your timeline. That is the standard answer you get when they receive your RFE back. Most everyone got that email after theirs was received.

No, but I do think you're close to driving anyone who tries to help you mad.

NO ONE KNOWS HOW CLOSE YOU ARE. It's the same answer as in your other thread; just because you may not like it doesn't mean it's not true. If we knew how long it would take don't you think we'd TELL YOU?!?! You may be close to a NOA2 (which yes, means your fiance's petition for you to apply has been approved), you could get thrown into security checks, or you could get denied at the service center. No one knows what may or may not happen and no one knows how long it will take. You *might* get a better estimate if you filled in your timeline, but since you refuse to do even that, there's less help for you than you can even get for yourself.

Thanks for clearing that up. No one in here knows what it's like to be anxious to return to the States...no one here misses his or her fiancee so telling us that REALLY helps...now we know where you are coming from. That is actually MUCH more helpful than FILLING OUT YOUR BLOODY TIMELINE.

I have seen at LEAST 10 people tell you that is how you can be helped. Filling in your timeline WILL HELP YOU..

You are ignoring what EVERYONE is telling you to do to get help. Do you think that if you just ignore the request it won't matter? if you ask in a different post you'll get a different answer? Do you even READ people's replies??

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!
