I am wondering, I am crossing on a k-1 visa mid-August and my fiance and I are to be married on the last weekend in August. Well, we just found out that he maybe deploying in January and on top of that my due date is the first week of December.

I know that there is a military hotline and I understand how it works to expedite the K-1 visa, but I have no clue about how we can expedite the AOS process. I am just nervous that if we are selected for an interview that it will fall around my due date, or will be after he is off, which of course means he won;t be present for the interview, which I know is mandantory.

ANy suggestions on what we should do when we file our AOS to let them know about the deployment and my due date in regards to schedualing the interview???

you may not even be interviewed for your green card

I understand that it is possible that we won't be interviewed, but I am wondering what I would need to do to in case we are selected and / or what do I put in with the AOS package to let them know of his deployment, and my pregnancy due date. Can the same hotline for the military visa expedite assist us, or do I need to submit something like his orders and doctors notes with the AOS application?

As far as I know AOS expedite is not possible because if your spouse is deployed all you need is his orders and the interview is conducted without the USC. We considered it too when my husband was deploying but this is what we were told. Then again, you might not even have an interview (we didnt).
