How do I know my paperwork is ok? I haven't been "Touched" or ANYTHING in over 3.5 months and I'm starting to get anxious. :)

June 1997 - Met at summer camp; became friends over the next two years but lost touch

August 2007 - Ron finds Jody on Facebook and relationship begins

September 2007 - Ron visits Jody in US

October 2007 - Ron visits Jody in US on and off for 9 months

July 17, 2008 - Ron returns to Germany

August 20, 2009 - Jody visited Ron in Germany for 10 days after 13 months apart!

May 15, 2010 - Ron visited Jody on VWP

Legally married - May 20, 2010 (after 13 years, couldn't stand being apart anymore!)

AOS postmarked - August 17, 2010

AOS NOA1 - August 25, 2010

AOS interview (rescheduled from Jan. due to winter storm closing) - March 17, 2001 - APPROVED!!!

Under your flag there's the "My timeline" button, it shows your tentative range there.

To follow case status register at USCIS's website "Status Case Online" page.

Touched is the last date that the above mentioned site shows on your case number without any updates.

could be they are updating their records - so it will not show online.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I was approved over a month ago and the website still shows the date they received my petitions. Don't rely on them to update anything, or the operators to know any more than what you see on the screen. I didn't know I was approved until I got the hardcopy a week later.

Naturalization

N-400 package mailed: 04/16/2013

N-400 package delivered: 04/16/2013

NOA1 date: 04/17/2013

Biometrics: 08/23/2013

Interview: 10/07/2013

Oath: 01/23/2014

DONE!
