I just got off the phone with NVC and they received our case on Monday 15th June. We haven't received our NOA2 hard copy yet but fingers crossed it will come soon because my fiancee is moving next week.

Calling NVC today was best decision I've made in a long long while. Call now and I hope they have yours!

01/08/2009 - POSTED NOA1 to VSC

01/13/2009 - RECEIVED NOA1, Case Pending

02/06/2009 - TOUCHED - Finacee moved so I presume that was the reason for it

05/20/2009 - Contacted Congressman's Alan Grayson's Offices to ask for assistance on our case, He agrees

06/13/2009 - 5 months and nothing, not even from our congressman :( Were is our NOA2!!!!!!

06/16/2009 - Our congressman actually made contact us for the first time in 4 weeks only to tell us they had written our address down wrong so here we are, still stuck in limbo with not a clue what's happenening

06/17/2009 - Called NVC on a off chance they might have it and they do!!!!! Woop woop. All we need now is that hard copy and were set!

06/17/2009 - NVC send our visa and petition to the london embassy - My packet 3 is on the way, woop woop!

06/19/2009 - Recieved NOA2 in the post, dated 06/11/2009. The panicing is over.....for now

07/01/2009 - Reeceived Packet 3 in the post, woop woop

Yay! I'm glad for you guys! At least now you know its moving through. It will all go much faster from here. Our petition got to them about 4 days after NOA2, so just on a guess I'm going to say you were probably approved last Tuesday. Should hopefully move fairly quickly through NVC for you now too! A lot of the NVC cases get sent about 2 days after entering, so it could even get forwarded on today or tomorrorw if you dont get pulled for AP. I'm crossing my fingers for you that you don't!

01/13/2009 - RECEIVED NOA1, Case Pending

I called NVC last week...they didn't have it... I called again monday and they did...dated june 12. I still do not have my NOA2 hard copy but I bet it will be on its way to Prague before I get my NOA2.

Do you think you would be able to tell me the number you call? and what would i quote?...my receipt number. I have been waiting 3 and a half months and heard nothing, do you think this is too early to call them?

Olivia... Call (603) 334-0700 and give them your receipt number. (they will also ask beneficiaries name and B-day and then your name and B-day and both email addresses)

I called at 4 months and it took exactly 4 months for my approval.

Do not expect an email at all! No emails are coming to anyone from VSC. NVC told me the approval is dated june 12th, I called june 15th. My hardcopy will probably be here today or tomorrow. Forget emails!
