Proposal: Adding K-2 and K-4 information to the Guides

K-2 and K-4 questions are asked frequently. The K-1 and K-3 guides do a good job of outlining the process for only the beneficiary. The guides do not address the children at all. Maybe some sort of outline should be added to the K-1 and K-3 guides.

It should say "If you have children, then the children will need these documents, etc."

Just some thoughts.

I'm not that familar with the K-4 process, but for a K-2 you just list all the foreign fiancé's children on the I-129F and that's it for the K-1 petition.

For the visa what needs to be done or if the child needs to be at the interview is going to depend on the child's age and the country where you are applying. Generally, the child needs everything the parent needs, unless under age 16, then no police clearance is needed and the medical exam fee is reduced.
