Ok, I have more questions. I know that I have to complete both part 1 and 2 of the DS-230. Do I have to send both parts with my documents or do I just send part 1 and the supporting documents like it says on my barcode sheet and bring part 2 with me to the interview? Also, I got my police certificate in Montreal and it has a box on it that says "applicant signature" Do I also have to sign this now or just wait until the interview to sign it? I never saw it posted the you had to sign your police certificate. Thank you!!

It should state on the instructions whether to send only part I with part II to be taken to interview, or to send both parts I & II. Just follow the instructions as they are stated and you cant go wrong. Im not sure on the police certificate.

If I remember correctly, you sign part 1 only and send both parts in. You sign part 2 at your interview. The instruction packet is clear about this. I had to sign my police certificate when I applied for it so not sure what you have.
